Supplier Information And Process Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Review and process supplier requests (additions, modifications, inactivations) in alignment with internal controls and compliance standards
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of the supplier master data
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors to resolve issues or gather additional information
• Ensure tasks are completed timely and in compliance with audit and policy requirements
• Adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities based on team and organizational needs

Qualifications:

• 510 years of relevant experience in supplier data management, procurement, or a similar field
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Teams
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, independent worker with a flexible and adaptable mindset
