Warehouse Job

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Ensure goods are handled and stored in a manner consistent with company policies and GMP procedures
2. Operate Forklift, Walkie Rider, Order selector or pallet jack as needed to move materials in and out of warehouse locations.
3. Coordinate and process incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments
4. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments to the proper department/warehouse.
5. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments with the appropriate logistics services.
6. Ensure waste and inventory loss is minimized and movement is captured in the inventory accounting system.
7. Maintain facility in a manner consistent with all applicable laws, regulations and company procedures.
8. Maintain clean work environment at all times while performing duties.
9. Understand material movement processes to enhance accuracy level.
10. Perform Daily Cycle counts of raw materials, molded components, and finished goods on a scheduled basis daily and monthly.
11. Perform Zone counting as instructed.
12. Initiate inventory adjustments for inventory accuracy
13. Fix Oracle errors as needed.
14. Receive MDO's (Material Destruction Orders), verify correct quantity, and physically scrap non-conforming and expired inventory.
15. Follow up and close loop communication with team members on found discrepancies.
16. Help resolve any outstanding NCMR's and support rework team by locating and moving NCMR product from MRB cage to rework location
17. Understand material movement processes to enhance accuracy level.
18. Perform these and other duties as necessary or required, the inclusion of which will not alter the basic scope of the position.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

1. Knowledge of shipping, loading and off-loading of trailers, commercial invoices, and international shipments
2. Receive and maintain forklift training and operator certification
3. Experience with Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn and work with other computer software programs such as Oracle, and other internet applications
4. Ability to Communicate ideas and information clearly, effectively, and frequently (oral and written)

Education and Experience

1. High school diploma required
2. 2 years related experience required

Minimum Qualifications

1. Must be 18 years of age

1. Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

1. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear
2. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines
3. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit or stand for long periods of time
4. Must be able to occasionally move and lift objects of up to 25 pounds
