Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Operating Room (OR) position in Atlanta, GA, requiring a minimum of 18 months of OR experience and an active GA or Compact RN license.

Details

• Night shift (NOC), 12-hour shifts
• 13-week assignment
• Operating Room (OR) setting at a major academic health system in Atlanta, GA
• CVOR candidates must have strong cardiac and vascular procedure experience, including endovascular, with proficiency ratings in cardiac and vascular procedures

Requirements

• Active Georgia or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Minimum 18 months of OR experience required
• CVOR RN candidates must have a minimum of 18 months of full-time experience in a CVOR setting of similar acuity within the last 3 years, with strong endovascular experience
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible

Additional Information

• Former permanent staff of this health system must be separated for at least 1 year before returning; if returning to the same facility, a separation of 18 months is required
• RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days if not falling on or near a holiday, and a maximum of 3 days if RTO falls on or near a holiday
• Only one holiday RTO request will be approved per contract
• RTO during the holiday period must be spread out and will not be approved if clustered on consecutive days
