American Traveler seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist with active TX license and 1+ years of experience for a rehab position in Waco, TX.

5x8 schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Black scrub color required

Active TX SLP license required if applicable

BLS certification (AHA only)

Minimum 1 year of experience required

Master's degree required

Must have completed Clinical Fellowship Year

Proficient computer skills and ability to operate standard rehabilitation equipment

Evaluate, treat, and monitor patients according to speech pathology treatment plans

Modify therapy programs and goals based on patient progress

Perform thorough and timely clinical documentation and accurate charge entry

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care team members

Provide education to patients, families, and staff

May supervise students and volunteers

Maintains awareness of and supports organizational goals

Flu shots are mandatory with no exemptions granted

Two professional references required

Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered
