\nWe are looking for the following shifts: Monday through Friday 2pm-11pm EST or Tuesday through Saturday from 2pm-11pm EST

\nMonday through Friday 2pm-11pm EST or Tuesday through Saturday from 2pm-11pm EST
\n \nResponsibilities

- Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients via phone and email. \n
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. \n
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively. \n
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction after service interactions. \n
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients. \n
- Contribute to team goals by meeting performance metrics \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. \n
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environment. \n
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. \n
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. \n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills. \n
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. \n
