Opportunity Overview We have an immediate opening for a Phlebotomist to join our team at Fertility Centers of Illinois in Hinsdale, Illinois.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 12:30 PM
• Compensation: $21 to $24 per hour ( commensurate with experience)

In this role, the Phlebotomist will: * Perform venipuncture and collect blood, urine, and tissue specimens using proper techniques and Universal Precautions * Confirm lab orders in, verify patient identity, and ensure accurate specimen collection and labeling * Follow insurance guidelines and complete necessary consent forms prior to specimen collection * Process specimens for in-house or external testing (e.g., Quest, LabCorp, ACL, genetic panels)

• Maintain cleanliness and proper stocking of phlebotomy and clinical areas
• Ensure biohazard and sharps disposal procedures are followed
• Provide timely and compassionate service to patients
• Support nurses with specimen-related workflows and patient follow-ups
• Communicate clear expectations around results timelines and next steps
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to HIPAA at all

times * Provide coverage at other clinic locations as needed, including weekends What You’ll Bring We’re looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter. Qualifications and Skills Include:

• High school diploma required
• Phlebotomy certification or diploma required
• CPR certification required
• Proficient in venipuncture and clinical specimen processing
• Prior experience in a fast-paced medical office or fertility clinic strongly

preferred

• Familiarity with EMR systems and lab portals
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a clinical team
• Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to start (unless an approved
