Job Title: RN Case Manager Profession: RN Case Manager Specialty: RN Case Manager Duration: 12 weeks Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM Hours per Shift: 8.5 Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience License: RN License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Care management experience EPIC experience Ability to float onsite within skill set or to locations within 40 miles if needed Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse Case Manager. The shift is from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The role requires 12 weeks of service. Candidates must have at least one year of case management experience. Experience with EPIC is necessary. The RN may need to float to different sites as required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
