License: Valid driver’s license and favorable MVR, proof of insurance if using personal or hospital vehicle. Certification: CPR certification within 30 days of employment and prior to patient contact; Crisis Prevention Training within 30 days and prior to patient contact; Completion of additional age‑specific training within 30 days as required; Where applicable, obtain and maintain agency affiliation. Minimum Work Experience: Previous experience in a psychiatric health facility, with direct experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric and geriatric patients (preferred).
