Your ability to develop high-performing teams and your commitment to excellence will be crucial in delivering quality outcomes for our clients.Responsibilities- Leading strategic initiatives in payer back office operations to drive modernization and efficiency- Guiding teams in the development and implementation of operations strategies tailored to health services clients- Utilizing analytical thinking and business data analytics to optimize operational processes and performance metrics- Building relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and engagement- Developing and executing change management plans to support business transformation efforts- Promoting operational excellence through process improvement and optimization techniques- Conducting market research and operating effectiveness reviews to identify opportunities for service delivery model enhancements- Coaching teams in logistics management and operations support to achieve service excellence- Applying strategic questioning and storytelling to convey impactful messages and drive decision-making- Validating quality standards implementation to maintain compliance and operational integrityWhat You Must Have- At least a Bachelor's degree- At least 8 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Risk Management/Insurance- Demonstrating advanced skills in operations strategy and management consulting- Utilizing business data analytics to drive operational excellence- Leading change management initiatives in health services sector- Innovating process improvement and optimization strategies- Engaging stakeholders through strategic questioning and storytelling- Applying logistics management to enhance service delivery modelsTravel RequirementsUp to 80%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
