Abilitytoreadblueprintsandsurveydatatomarkoutspecificareasaccurately. Understandingofconstructionprinciples,concretemixingandpouringtechniques,andfamiliaritywithdifferenttypesofconcreteandrelatedmaterials. Understandingofdifferenttypesofconcretemixesandfinishingmaterials,aswellastheirappropriateapplications. Strongcommitmenttosafetyprotocolsandpractices,includingknowledgeofOSHAregulationsrelatedtoconcretework. Abilitytoperformdifferenttypesoffinishesincludinghandtrowel,broom,exposedandcurbfinishes Familiaritywithstraightedges,screeds,andotherfinishingtoolsusedinmasonrywork Skilledinsmoothing,leveling,andfinishingconcretesurfacesusinghandandpowertools. Effectivecommunicationwithteammembers,supervisors,andclientstounderstandprojectrequirementsandcoordinatetasksaccordingly.
