Quality Inspector

QUALITY INSPECTOR We’re looking for a Quality Inspector to join our cabinet manufacturing team. You’ll ensure that every product leaving the facility meets our rigorous standards and work closely with production to drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities Perform detailed inspections on raw materials, in‑process components, and final products to verify they meet specifications. Identify quality issues early and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with production teams to provide insights that enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency. Track and document inspection findings to support ongoing process improvement. Participate in audits and ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards. Serve as a point of contact for troubleshooting quality issues across teams. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in a quality control or quality technician role, preferably in manufacturing. Strong understanding of quality systems, inspection methods, and process controls. Knowledge of ISO standards, lean manufacturing principles, or related quality certifications is a plus. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset. Strong communication skills to collaborate with production, management, and other departments.
