Job Overview A law firm seeks a Finance Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their Los Angeles, CA office. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating middle market lender's-side debt financing transactions. Duties Structure, draft, and negotiate middle market lender's-side debt financing transactions. Utilize strong UCC Article 9 experience in daily tasks. Engage in syndicated asset-based lending transactions. Requirements 3-5 years of relevant experience. Admitted to practice in the respective state. Self-motivated and confident team player. Outstanding professional and academic credentials. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications State Bar admission. Skills Strong UCC Article 9 expertise.
