Custodial Lead

Custodial LeadThe Custodial Lead provides operational leadership and direction to a team of frontline custodians while performing hands-on, advanced cleaning tasks. This role ensures university classrooms, offices, laboratories, and public spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation. The Lead acts as the primary point of contact for daily shift operations and steps in to support the supervisor during absences. Sponsorship is not available for this position.Responsibilities include team leadership, quality control, advanced floor care, inventory management, event support, and safety compliance. Weekend and after normal hours duties will be required. Performs other duties as assigned.Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid Georgia Driver's license in good standings, and three years of experience in Custodial Services, including three years of supervisor experience in Custodial Services.The preferred qualification is experience in a university setting.The salary range is from $28,000 to $32,000.
