I opened my agency in 2002 and currently lead a team of nine. I've been with State Farm since 2000, building a strong foundation in the industry before opening my own agency. I'm a graduate of California University, married with one daughter, and enjoy competitive bass fishing, hiking, hunting, working out, and spending time outdoors. Giving back is an important part of who I am. Our agency proudly supports veterans, individuals experiencing homelessness, and people with disabilities. As the son of a Vietnam veteran, supporting those who have served our country is especially meaningful to me. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
