RN Med/Surg

The Med Surgical RN will organize, modify, evaluate, document and maintain the plan of care for unit patients. Plan, implement, revise and delegate nursing care Perform necessary technical skills as delineated through education, expertise, and unit requirements Incorporate teaching into all aspects of nursing practice 6 South is a fast-paced 23-bed acute medical/surgical unit. You will provide care to a diverse adult patient population, including ortho, diabetic, bowel, NG tubes, wounds, and simple surgeries. Qualifications BSN Required Texas RN license or compact license is accepted Current BLS issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required Must have at least one (1) year of Recent Med-Surg RN experience in an acute care hospital Salary Range: $27.35 - $43.95 Sign on bonus UP TO $7,500 Relocation assistance available UP TO $3,000 Shift Differentials included for Nights and Weekends (to be discussed during your interview with the Hiring Manager) #J-18808-Ljbffr
