About the Position

TransForce is seeking a qualified CDL A Flatbed Driver to support local operations for our client in Manheim, Pennsylvania. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with steady local work and an anticipated start date of July 8, 2026.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $29.00 per hour, plus overtime
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Start time: Between 4:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Employment type: Temp to perm

Job Details

Route type: Local
Freight: Concrete
Equipment: Automatic trucks
Handling: Light touch freight, including strapping

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate Class A vehicles on local routes.
Transport freight in accordance with DOT and safety standards.
Perform required handling tasks, including strapping.
Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.

Minimum Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record, with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
