What Youll Do

• Provide comprehensive customer support for product inquiries, orders, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Process sales orders, prepare quotes, and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Manage financial transactions, including receiving payments and issuing credits or debits.
• Maintain organized customer records and process purchase orders for audit and distribution.
• Assist walk-in customers and handle incoming calls and radio communications.
• Support sales force by setting up new customer accounts.
• Build and stock product displays as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related customer service role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and basic math skills.
