Your Key Responsibilities Support the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) team in the development, communication, and management of our DE&I strategy in close collaboration with the responsible stakeholders Assist in the planning, implementation, and coordination of a broad range of DE&I campaigns and projects – from conception to execution Help with research, coordination, and provision of resources, communication initiatives, and training for the community that motivates organizations and individuals to take action Support the monitoring of campaign progress regarding timelines, costs, and quality, and initiate corrective actions in case of deviations Create presentations, concepts, and communication materials to raise awareness of DE&I within the organization, as well as support research and benchmarking efforts Your Qualifications Currently pursuing studies in Human Resources, Marketing, Communication, Social Sciences, or a comparable field Fluent English skills, both written and spoken German language skills are desirable Proficient in MS Office applications Initial experience in the HR field or with DE&I projects is an advantage, ideally within an international company Passion for DE&I topics, ideally demonstrated through academic or voluntary activities Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural and multinational team Talent for creating appealing and visually engaging presentations of information, as well as the ability to work independently and quickly familiarize oneself with new topics High motivation and initiative Strong communication skills and a results‑oriented working style Benefits Attractive compensation and flexible working hours Considerable amount of training courses via the Schaeffler Academy Initiatives that support both the mental and physical well‑being, e.g. via the Schaeffler Health Coach App Opportunity to network in an international environment through various networking events (e.g. student get‑together and Top Students Programme) An appreciative working atmosphere A subsidised company restaurant A wide range of employee benefits which includes corporate benefits As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
