We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is a motivated self-starter, with excellent attention to detail, who can perform a variety of functions under competing deadlines. The Project Analyst will provide project/financial management, and technical writing/editing for a federal government client./ppResponsibilities:/pulliManage project budgets/costs, schedules, and performance risks./liliAssist with technical and business analyses and reporting for assigned projects./liliCompile weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports using Microsoft (MS) Word, Excel, and PowerPoint./liliEvaluate current processes/procedures and develop recommendations for process improvement to improve team performance/liliCapture meeting minutes, assign and track action items, and distribute to relevant stakeholders./li/ulpMinimum Qualifications:/pulliMinimum of 5-8 years of experience within the Department of Navy or Department of War organization(s)/liliA strong understanding of the DoD 5000 series acquisition process and relevant federal regulations (FAR/DFARS)/liliExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical and contractual issues into clear, concise reports and briefings./liliA Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliA proven ability to multi-task, manage time, and organize/plan./liliDemonstrated attention to detail and quality-oriented approach./li/ulpSalary: $86,000+ dependent on education and experience/ppApplicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information./ppIgnite Digital Services is a Small Business committed to providing exceptional service to government agencies at competitive prices.
