( Diesel Mechanic | Field Service Technician | Construction Equipment )

We’re actively hiring Rental Equipment Technicians across all skill levels for Shop Service and Field Service positions in Willis, Texas .
What You’ll Do as a Rental Equipment Technician:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on Mustang’s expanding rental fleet
- Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines , electrical systems , and hydraulic systems
- Service a wide range of heavy equipment , compact construction machinery , and aerial lift equipment
- Maintain reliability and performance to ensure customer satisfaction

️ What You Bring:
- Must own proper tools to perform repairs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous mechanic work or military experience
- Understanding of diesel , electrical , and hydraulic systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform quality repairs independently or with guidance
Additional Experience Strongly Preferred:
- Technical degree or certificate from a trade school
- Experience working on heavy equipment , compact construction equipment , and man lifts
- Background with hydraulic pumps , valves, and motor systems
- Welding or fabrication experience
Compensation:
Technician levels and compensation rates are based on your skill set , certifications , and industry experience .
