• Assist providers with patient care and office-related duties
• Perform clinical measurements and data collection accurately
• Document patient data and provider-directed information clearly
• Function as clinical support staff to provider(s)
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and patient confidentiality

Requirements:

• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Active Illinois CNA License
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
