Human Resources Generalist

J&J Global Fulfilment

Columbus, OH

J&J Global Fulfilment in Columbus is seeking a People Generalist to support our Head of People in creating a people-centered, values-driven culture across our two sites. You will handle HR admin, employee support, benefits processing, recruitment coaching, policies, onboarding, and office facilities. This on-site role requires strong organizational skills and a hands-on, customer-focused approach.
