At Property Meld, we're transforming how property management companies handle maintenance through our platform. We're looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) who brings personality, determination, curiosity, grit, and a genuine desire to succeed.

What is a BDA?

A Business Development Associate helps our company grow by connecting with potential customers, building relationships, and creating new opportunities.

This is not a traditional cold-calling or telemarketing job. Think of yourself as the person who opens the door. Your focus is on meaningful, consultative conversations with prospective customers, understanding their challenges, identifying opportunities, and helping them discover how Property Meld could make their lives easier.

You're the first impression. The conversation starter. The relationship builder.

Compensation and benefits

We believe great performance should create great opportunities.

This position offers a combination of base salary, commission, and bonus opportunities.

• Starting base salary: $43,900.00 annually

• Average annual gross compensation: Approximately $85,000.00, including base salary, commission, and bonus

• Top performer annual gross compensation: Approximately $100,500.00

Commission and bonus earnings are performance-based and not guaranteed.
