Job Summary
A growing Central Oregon employer is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Class B CDL Shuttle Driver to transport employees between designated pickup locations and a local manufacturing facility.
This position is ideal for experienced CDL drivers, shuttle drivers, bus drivers, passenger transport drivers, route drivers, commercial drivers, transit drivers, or fleet operators looking for a stable schedule and long-term opportunity.
The ideal candidate is punctual, professional, customer-focused, and committed to providing safe, reliable transportation while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards.
Responsibilities
Safely transport employees between the Redmond Fairgrounds and a local worksite.
Operate company shuttle vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations and company safety policies.
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Maintain accurate driver logs and transportation records.
Ensure passengers are transported safely, courteously, and on schedule.
Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and passengers.
Monitor vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance issues promptly.
Follow assigned routes, schedules, and transportation procedures.
Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Valid Class B CDL required (or higher).
Clean driving record with the ability to pass a DMV driving record check.
Previous experience as a shuttle driver, bus driver, commercial driver, route driver, passenger transport driver, or delivery driver preferred.
Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability.
Ability to work 10–12-hour shifts.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and safety standards.
