Job Description

Salary:

At Beautisa, a Christian-led beauty store, we offer top-quality beauty products that inspire confidence and well-being. We are looking for a passionate Sales Associate who shares our values of faith, service, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, assist customers in finding the right products, and build lasting relationships.
Cashiering: Accurately process transactions and handle returns/exchanges.
Merchandising: Ensure products are well-displayed, stocked, and organized.
Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, safe, and inviting.
Team Collaboration: Work together to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive environment.
Positive Attitude: Consistently demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm, and professionalism.

Qualifications:

Passion for beauty products and helping others.
Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
Strong communication skills and team-oriented.
Consistent, positive attitude and a commitment to Christian values of service and integrity.
