NURSE PRACTITIONER (NP) - IN-HOME HEALTH RISK ASSESSMENTS Position: PRN / 1099 Contractor
Exclusions: PMHNP, Women's Health, Pediatric NP's and PA's.
Schedule: Flexible (50+ hours/month)
Compensation: $100-$125 per visit (Tiered based on availability) We are seeking Nurse Practitioners (Certain NPs only; no PAs) with no less than 40 hours per month who can start immediately completing in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members. Must be able to complete credentialing paperwork, training, and onboarding within the first 10-12 days and start field-based work immediately after thereafter. - 50 hrs/mo: $100 / visit
- 70 hrs/mo: $110 / visit
- 80 hrs/mo: $115 / visit
- 90 hrs/mo: $120 / visit
- 100 hrs/mo: $125 / visit
- Additional Pay: $250 flat-rate paid training, $25 full HRA no-shows, $65 diagnostic-only visits, $10 diagnostic no-shows.Fast-Track Bonus: Extra incentive bonus if you complete onboarding paperwork within 24 hours!
- Conduct in-home HRAs (medical history, lifestyle, basic physical/mental evaluations).
- Provide preventive care education.
- Document visits using a company-provided iPad.
- Total autonomy and scheduling flexibility.
- Mileage reimbursement after 20 miles/day (IRS standard rate).
- Fast 5-7 day onboarding to get you earning quickly.
- Active NP license ( No PAs; most specialties accepted except Pediatrics, PMHNP, and Women's Health ).
- Reliable personal transportation to travel locally across multiple counties.
