Minimum Requirements
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Assignment Details
- 13-week assignment.
- Skilled nursing facility and long term care setting experience required.
