Flex Security Specialist

Available Schedules (Days of the week vary / Eligible to work 40+ hours per week) Day: 6:00 am – 2:45 pm Swing: 2:00 pm – 10:45 pm Grave: 10:00 pm – 6:45 am Location: Bellevue / Redmond Wage: $28.90 per hour What You Can Expect Conflict resolution and de‑escalation. Perform access control at security entrances and exits. Conduct patrols inside and outside the client’s premises, potentially in various weather conditions and different types of terrain. Frequent interactions with client employees and guests. Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity. Provide detailed written reports. Work in a team environment to ensure site and organizational goals are achieved daily. Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for the assigned site. Basic Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma, GED, or ability to complete the GED program within 6 months. At least 2 years of professional experience in customer service and security. Standard computer and technology skills. Customer service background preferred. Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience a plus. Ability to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the shift. Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
