Wholesale Customer Care Specialist - Intl Accounts

Dôen is seeking a Wholesale Customer Care Rep (Majors) to serve large retail clients, mini majors, and international accounts from our Los Angeles area. This hybrid role requires in-office presence Mon-Thurs and remote on Fridays, reporting to Wholesale Operations. You will manage orders, provide product information, and coordinate with sales and logistics to ensure excellent service. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in fashion customer service, familiarity with Netsuite/JOOR/Shopify, and strong #J-18808-Ljbffr Dôen
