Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and develop effective, personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions using various evidence-based modalities suitable for different mental health conditions.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals, continuously monitor client progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation to ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards, including session notes and treatment progress.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid state license as a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW), licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for the establishment of trust and rapport with clients.
