CAREGIVER - Dayshift/Afternoon shift

If you have a caring heart and enjoy making someone else's day better, Visiting Angels wants to hear from you! Our Caregivers provide essential non-medical support to seniors and adults with disabilities, helping them remain comfortable, safe, and independent at home. A Typical Day May Include

Sharing conversation and companionship
Helping with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
Preparing meals
Providing medication reminders
Light housekeeping and laundry
Running errands and grocery shopping
Driving clients to appointments
Supporting daily routines and activities
Documenting care through a smartphone

Requirements

Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional
Experience with seniors or disabled adults preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Valid driver's license
Reliable vehicle
Active automobile insurance required
Able to pass a criminal background check
Comfortable using a smartphone for documentation and clock in and out
CNA/LNA experience or certification is a plus
Dementia/Alzheimer's experience is a plus
