Mortgage Lender - Consumer Direct

Contacts leads and applications immediately, staying in touch throughout the home shopping journey. Negotiates loan terms, explains available programs and rates, and prepares necessary disclosures. Submits thorough loan files to processing, reviewing borrower documentation and ensuring all required information is obtained. Maintains regular communication with borrowers and referral sources, developing loan referral relationships and marketing to sources. Maintains knowledge of loan program guidelines, completes assigned policy and procedure reviews, and ensures compliance testing is completed. Essential Functions Receives loan leads or application files and updates LOS for accuracy. Manages lead pipeline using lead generating/tracking software. Contacts leads and applications, staying in touch throughout the home shopping journey. Negotiates loan terms, explains available programs and rates, and prepares necessary disclosures. Minimum Qualifications Twelve months of mortgage lending experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent relationship management and sales skills. High School Diploma required. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
