Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, Oncology Join Shields Health Solutions as an Ambulatory Oncology Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at a nationally recognized Academic Medical Center. You will play a hands‑on role in elevating patient care, managing medication, and collaborating with care teams. Location : Onsite, Orange, CA Salary : California employees can expect $150,000‑$190,000 per year (hourly equivalent $72.12‑$91.35), plus bonus according to applicable plan. Partner with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to order individualized care plans under a Collaborative Practice Agreement and promote seamless medication coordination. Monitor therapy effectiveness and safety, identify optimization needs, and intervene as appropriate. Support quality‑improvement and REMS initiatives. Provide recommendations to operations, support teammates with complex prior authorizations, improve workflows, educate patients, and maintain ongoing clinical development.
