Job Description

RV / Manufactured Home Community is seeking a

Reliable Part -Time Maintenance Person for general park upkeep.

Duties include:

· General repairs and maintenance
· Groundskeeping (mowing, trimming, clean-up)
· Light plumbing and electrical work
· Preparing RV spaces for new tenants
· Keeping common areas clean and safe

Requirements:

· Basic maintenance experience preferred
· Must be dependable and self-motivated
· Ability to work outdoors and lift 50 lbs
· Reliable transportation
· Good communication & follow up skills

Compensation: Based on experience. Possible free RV space
