Qualifications Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing, as required by state regulations Passion for providing exceptional resident care Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to maintaining residents' dignity, comfort, and quality of life

Responsibilities As a CNA, you will: Provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with individualized care plans Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Monitor and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or mental condition Maintain accurate documentation and communicate resident needs to the nursing team Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents Promote residents' independence, dignity, and well-being through compassionate care
