The IntermediateSystemsAdministrator supports DomainAdministrationin aWindowsenvironment andprovides Systemsupport in order to provide sustainable, stable and secure serversincluding backup recovery, upgrades/patches, maintenance, troubleshooting, performance tuning, permissions and file sharing Evaluates currentsystems , andworks on complex problems where analysis of situations requires in-depth evaluation. Completes assigned tasks of routine to moderate complexity related to projects and technical requests,Tier 2 & 3 support in all areas of the departmental service portfolio. Is largely self-directed once assigned work and functions with considerable independence .
