Bethesda House of Schenectady, Inc. is seeking a passionate Case Manager to provide triage and crisis management to homeless individuals in Schenectady County. This full-time role involves assisting clients in managing SSI benefits, budgeting, and securing sustainable housing solutions. Successful candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in human services, experience working with homeless populations, and strong skills in client engagement and conflict resolution.
