Data Analyst

Ascension is hiring a Data Analyst for a full-time, day shift role in Nashville, TN (onsite) with support focused on fundraising priorities. In this position, you will help strengthen fundraising execution through data, reporting, and analytics that support leadership decision-making and operational continuity. The role sits within Ascension Saint Thomas West (Department: Foundation ) and operates as part of the shared services team , providing the information foundation needed to plan and measure fundraising activity. What you’ll do Act as a core member of the shared services team, delivering data, reporting, and analytical support aligned to fundraising priorities. Create accurate, segmented constituent and prospect lists to support appeals, events, stewardship, and other fundraising initiatives. Build and maintain reporting infrastructure by establishing standardized reporting processes and documenting consistent definitions, data standards, and fundraising data policies. Analyze fundraising data and trends, producing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that turn information into actionable insights for leadership. Provide cross-functional backup coverage for other roles on the Operations team , handling overlapping duties as needed to maintain continuity. What you’ll bring High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job‑specific experience. Pay and schedule USD 33 to 46 per hour (hourly). This is an onsite role with a day shift schedule.
