Life Care Home Health in Texas seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide coordinated home-based care to clients of all ages. You will plan, implement, and evaluate plans of care, conduct assessments, and guide families on therapy techniques in a home setting. The role requires a minimum of two years of clinical PT experience, preferred home health, and strong communication in English.
