Organizational Development And Change Management ConsultantThe Organizational Development And Change Management Consultant, within the Division Of University Human Resources (UHR) for the University of Georgia, structures and implements organizational development and change management strategies, facilitates stakeholder engagement, and partners across functional areas to ensure successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working. As part of the Learning And Development department within UHR, this role plays a key role in aligning people, processes, and technology to enhance organizational effectiveness and long-term capabilities. This senior role serves as an internal consultant for university leaders, departments, and HR partners to improve organizational effectiveness through change management, team development, leadership support, workforce education, and organizational assessment, with an initial focus on the implementation of a new Unified Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. In partnership with UHR units and campus partners, this role supports successful ERP adoption by developing strategies for change, educating stakeholders, and aligning the workforce with new digital workflows and capabilities. This role focuses on minimizing resistance to change as well as developing training and implementation strategies to ensure the new technology improves overall efficiency.
