Receiving Lead
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Pay: $18–$20/hour, based on experience
Hours: Flexible, approximately 11:00 AM–4:00 PM Monday-Friday

Integrity Trade Services is seeking a Receiving Lead to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a dependable, motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in keeping operations organized and running smoothly.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and assist with daily receiving and warehouse activities
Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming materials and products
Verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
Ensure incoming inventory is accurately counted and properly stored
Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as needed
Maintain an organized and safe receiving area
Help coordinate workflow and prioritize incoming shipments
Communicate effectively with team members regarding inventory and deliveries
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications
Previous warehouse, receiving, inventory, or material-handling experience preferred
Forklift experience preferred; certification is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
Ability to lift, move, and organize materials as required
Must be motivated, reliable, and able to work well with others
