Seeking a friendly, dependable Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and café items while delivering excellent customer service. The Barista will greet guests, take orders, process payments, maintain a clean and organized café environment, restock supplies, and support smooth daily operations. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a welcoming guest experience.
- Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming café experience.
- Take customer orders accurately and answer questions about coffee, tea, food items, ingredients, and specials.
- Recommend beverages, pastries, and add-ons based on guest preferences.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed.F
