Join Our Team as a First Assistant RN in the Operating Room!


- Exciting Opportunity: Become an integral member of a dynamic surgical team making a difference in patient care.


- Role Overview:
- Serve as an advanced operating room professional under the direct supervision of surgeons.
- Perform crucial tasks including suturing, providing exposure, and controlling bleeding.


- Requirements:
- Active Oregon RN License.
- Successful completion of an RNFA program meeting AORN standards.
- RNFA credentialing through either the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or the National Commission for the Certification of Surgical Assistants (NCCSA).
- Placement on the Oregon RNFA Registry.
- Minimum of two years of RNFA experience with a focus on OB-GYN (C-section, robotic surgery) and general surgery (including robotics).


- Call Requirement:
- Must be willing to take OB call only (one week on and one week off).

- Travel Requirement:
- All travel submissions must have at least two years of experience along with prior travel experience. No locals will be accepted.
