Assistant Manager

Role Overview: As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you'll support the Service Center Manager in leading a high-performance team to deliver exceptional customer service and vehicle maintenance. Responsibilities include performing oil changes, supervising daily operations, training staff, building customer loyalty, managing employee schedules, assisting with inventory, and ensuring safety and cleanliness standards. You will also help open and close the center, enforce policies, and foster team development. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or service environment, strong customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and proficiency in using KPI data. High school diploma or equivalent and fluency in English are required. Physical demands include standing, climbing stairs, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in non-climate-controlled environments.
