Job Overview As a Retail Sales & Recovery Colleague, you’re at the heart of creating a welcoming shopping experience through genuine hospitality and keen attention to detail. You help keep the store clean, organized, and visually engaging by maintaining merchandise displays, tidying fitting rooms, and ensuring the sales floor is always customer-ready. Your friendly and approachable attitude fosters a warm environment that invites customers to return, while supporting your team in achieving sales goals through consistent, high-quality service. - wearing their name badge, saying hello to their coworkers, making sure the sales floor is clean, organized, and ready for customers. They review their goals, new arrivals, top sellers, and promotions to stay informed and ready to sell.

On the floor,

they focus on the customer

- offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating friendly, personal conversations to create an experience to bring the customers back.

Throughout the day, they

maintain a shoppable space

by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting any needed merchandise moves.

Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week. Must be able to: Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors

Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities; you can work on your own but are great with team dynamics

Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform This position requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.

Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders, reaching, including above eye level

Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment

Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
