We value the unique skills, experiences, and perspectives every team member brings to the organization, and we are focused on ensuring our team members thrive both professionally and personally.We currently have a career opportunity for a caring, purpose-driven pediatric dental assistant who will take great pride in creating truly extraordinary patient experiences while delivering the highest quality dental care.The Dental Assistant will perform four-handed dentistry with the doctor for all scheduled in-office treatment on patients varying in age, behavior, and restorative needs. The Dental Assistant will properly prepare for all procedures they will be assisting with to ensure efficient dentistry. The Dental Assistants will also perform routine hygiene appointments daily.Be prepared for each procedure by reviewing patient notes to know what procedures will be done and what instruments will be neededAssist chairside and demonstrate competency in all operative procedures including, but not limited to extractions, fillings, crowns, laser treatments, and taking impressionsHand correct instruments and supplies to the doctorRetract and suction to ensure adequate access and visualization for the doctor or for proper isolation of the fieldProperly mix cementsNOTE: Licensed Dental Assistants may be required to assist the doctor at an out-patient medical setting while the child is under general anesthesiaPosition Details:Full-TimeMonday - Friday: 7:30AM - 4:30PMPay Range: $18 - $20Multi Location Practice: Chippewa Falls, Eau Claire, MenomonieBenefits:Competitive pay and growth opportunitiesMedical, Dental, & Vision Insurance401K with company contributionsShort Term DisabilityLife InsurancePaid time off + Paid holidaysFree and discounted pediatric dental and orthodontic treatmentsWe are looking for someone with:Strong communication and customer service skillsSomeone who likes to work with childrenAttention to detail and ability to multitaskOrganization and time management skillsWorks well independently and in a team environmentPrevious dental experience would be helpful, but a great attitude and a strong work ethic are our first priorities.
