Description We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Store/Retail/Counter Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Sales Associates. The role requires proven leadership, coaching, and business management skills in a fast‑paced retail environment. Responsibilities include creating and executing an agile business plan, recruiting and retaining customers through strategic targeting, planning and executing in‑store events, managing inventory and facilities, overseeing cash reconciliation, and driving team performance to meet sales and customer‑service targets. Qualifications Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience, preferably within cosmetics. Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service. Prior experience in business planning, setting sales and customer‑service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling. Experience with retail operations, inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation. Track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer‑service targets. Experience creating and executing in‑store events. Willingness to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events. Experience with retail point‑of‑sale software. Pay Range The anticipated base salary range for this position is $56,210.00 to $104,390.00. Exact salary depends on factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. This position is also eligible for a highly competitive bonus program and may attain over‑achievement incentives based on performance and company results.
