Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive well-child visits, acute care, and preventive health services for pediatric patients Diagnose and manage common pediatric illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging as clinically indicated Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and care team Educate patients and families on health maintenance, development, and disease management Administer and manage childhood immunizations in accordance with CDC guidelines Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) Hours include 1 on call weekend per month and 1 Saturday a month. Requirements: Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Massachusetts Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a Pediatric NP (PNP) specialization Board certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP) through PNCB or ANCC Current DEA registration and prescriptive authority in MA Experience in a pediatric primary care or outpatient clinical setting preferred Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and families Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems About Us: Oak Pediatrics LLC is a trusted pediatric practice serving the Westford, MA community and surrounding areas, dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality healthcare for children from infancy through adolescence.
