We are growing quickly and looking for a strong Texas‑licensed Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team. Role Description We are seeking an experienced Loan Officer with an active Texas license who can both originate loans and serve as the Qualifying Individual (QI) / Mortgage Loan Originator sponsor for our Texas company license. This is a unique opportunity to join an early‑stage, high‑growth platform and play a key role in building the next generation of mortgage origination. Responsibilities Loan Origination Convert inbound borrower leads into funded loans Guide borrowers through application, approval, and closing Collect documentation and manage pipeline Deliver excellent borrower experience from start to finish Work closely with operations and underwriting teams Qualifying Individual / Licensing Support Serve as the designated QI / Responsible Individual for Doorly’s Texas mortgage company license Support ongoing licensing compliance requirements Be reasonably available for regulatory or licensing matters as needed Help establish best practices for scalable origination operations Compensation Basis points per funded loan Monthly fee for serving as Texas QI Compensation is designed to reward both production and strategic contribution.
