Pay: $17.20/hour Job Type: Full-Time Shift: 3rd Shift Available

Job Summary

We are hiring Machine Operators to join our growing manufacturing team. No experience is requiredpaid training is provided. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or general labor. If you're dependable, eager to learn, and enjoy hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and machinery safely
• Load and unload materials into machines
• Monitor machine performance and perform basic adjustments
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards
• Use measuring tools such as gauges, calipers, and micrometers
• Complete production documentation
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Meet daily production goals while following all safety procedures

Qualifications

• No previous machine operator experience requiredpaid training provided
• Manufacturing, warehouse, production, or assembly experience is a plus
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, and work throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
